The former girlfriend of Puerto Rican drug lord Jose David Figueroa, Sobeida Happy Morel, apparently is afraid to be incriminating and then bind the other defendants in active washes.
This follows the request made Wednesday, that is not assigned a special cell, "I do not want to be in a common flag along with the other prisoners."
