Wednesday at the First Collegiate Court of Justice hearings resume in the criminal trial that followed the group of defendants in the famous case of money laundering and malhechotres association.
Luis Aibar, counsel for the defendant Eddy Brown, said his client would accept, if they choose, voluntarily extradition to Puerto Rico should be requested by the authorities of that country for a file which is involved there. Aibar offered information about statements of National District prosecutor, Alejandro Moscoso Segarra, who just days ago announced that Brown could be extradited to Puerto Rico for drug-related case. said his client, no fear of extradition and instead is hoping that the order is carried out, to understand that Puerto Rico would be judged more fairly.
